These are some of the movies that had made us happy, made us cry and most importantly entertained us when we were low. I am talking about the top 10 romantic movies from the 2010s.

It doesn't matter whether you believe in true love, destiny and all these other goofy things because these movies will always be our good timepass. So, without wasting any time let's get started:

10. Call Me By Your Name:

Call me by your name is a LGBTQ movie released in 2017 and is based on the novel by Andre Aciman. This movie revolves around the relationship between a 17 year old teen and an elderly person.

Cast: Timothée Chalamet, Armie Hammer, André Aciman, Michael Stuhlbarg.

Director: Luca Guadagnino.

9. The Fault in Our Stars:

The Fault in Our Stars is based on John Green bestseller by the same name. The movie was released in 2014. The movie focuses on a pair of couple who met each other at a cancer support group and the story goes on.

Cast: Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, Nat Woolf, Laura Dern.

Director: Josh Boone.

8. Crazy, Stupid, Love:

Crazy, Stupid Love is one of the most beloved Rom-Com from the last decade released in the year 2011. The movie takes a turn when a middle aged person wife asks her for a divorce and starts picking up girls from a bar.

Cast: Emma Stone, Ryan Gosling, Steve Carell, Julianne Moore.

Director: Glenn Ficarra, John Requa.

7. Before Midnight:

Before Midnight is the third part of the Before trilogy and is released in the year 2013. This movie focuses on a two longtime lovers who meet at a Greek Vacation.

Cast: Julie Delpy, Ethan Hawke, Walter Lassally, Ariane Labed.

Director: Richard Linklater.

6. Her:
Her is a sci-fi/romance film released in the year 2013. The movie focuses on an inspiring writer who buys an A.I. technology to help him write. But, things take a turn when he falls in love with the technology.

Cast: Joaquin Phoenix, Scarlett Johansson, Rooney Mara, Spike Jonze.

Director: Spike Jonze.

Silver Linings Playbook is based on the novel by Matthew Quick and was released in 2012. The movie focuses on two persons suffering from mental health issues and how they will catch up.

Cast: Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Robert De Niro, Jacki Weaver.

Director: David O. Russel.

4. Blue Valentine:
Blue Valentine is a romance/drama movie released in 2010. This movie is sad, depressing and hard to believe in. This movie focuses on a married  couple whose marriage is falling apart.

Cast: Ryan Gosling, Michelle Williams, John Doman, Mike Vogel.

Director: Derek Cianfrance.

3. Blue is The Warmest Colour:
Blue is the Warmest Color is a French LGBTQ movie released in 2013. The movie revolves around a teen who have an emotional and sexual connection with a college student but is trying to deny it.

Cast: Léa Seydoux, Adèle Exarchopoulos, Jérémie Laheurte, Salim Kechiouche.

Director: Abdellatif Kechiche.

Famous quote: "I have infinite tenderness for you, and I will my whole life...."

2. Brooklyn:
Brooklyn is an historic romance drama film released in 2015. This movie revolves around an Irish girl who comes to Brooklyn for a better life. However, things starts to take a turn when she moves back to her home.

Cast: Saorise Ronan, Emory Cohen, Domhnall Gleeso, Julie Walters.

Director: John Crowley.

La La Land is a Musical/Romance drama film released in 2016. The movie revolves around Mia and Sebastian who are trying to follow their passion. Things starts becoming complicated when their relationship starts coming in between their success.

Cast: Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone, John Legend, Jessica Rothe.

Director: Damien Chazelle.

Famous quote: "They worship and they value nothing."
